Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

I can't see Conway being first choice if he signs, injuries haven't been kind to him but he's not been the player he was last year. “My current injury isn’t near as bad as what we first feared and it’s something we need to deal with. “I don’t know what’s happening with my contract at the moment. I’m...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Rhodes can stay where he is. As you said, lazy journalism, and he's been absolute cack since he left. We need players that can hit the ground running, we don't want to go blowing money on hoping someone can regain the form they had a few years ago.

Yeah congrats!
...Raya's ruled out though according to comments last week, and Bennett and Williams were doubtful too. Haven't you been paying attention in the last few days?! ;)

As much as I think it is a good time to see how fringe players perform without too much pressure, the lads that have been starting all season deserve the chance to walk out for the last game in front of the biggest crowd they've seen all year.

Re: Blackburn v Oxford, Sat 5 May 2018, KO 17:30

If Wigan draw, we have to win 18-0 to get the title. :hyper: We all know what's going to happen - we'll be celebrating Dack's triple hattrick giving us that magic 18 goal margin in the last minute, and Wigan will sneak a winner in the 7th minute of injury time... Or they'll draw 11-11, givin...

Last match of the season, would be brilliant to see a win and a Wigan draw or loss.
I mean yes... but doesn't a wigan draw mean they win the title (unless we win 8-0 or something)?
If Wigan draw, we have to win 18-0 to get the title.

Re: Charlton v Blackburn, Sat 28 April 2018, KO 15:00

Well, that's annoying, yet arguably to be expected when you've changed half the team and the opposition are battling for a top 6 spot. Massive deflection on the goal, but the quality just wasn't quite the same today, at times they looked too hesitant and scared of making the wrong decision. Good job...
