Re: Rovers v Preston, Sat 18th March, 1:00pm

I just ran through that and ended up with Forest there and if not them then Burton. Generally speaking they've got a pretty difficult run of fixtures.

Re: Rovers v Preston, Sat 18th March, 1:00pm

Yeah I'm not sure that'll be the case. You never know what will happen in this league. But all our rivals have tough games too over the next two fixtures also. If we keep playing as well as we have been we should be fine. Should also have a fully fit squad too. Great news. Lose the next two as they...

Re: Rovers v Preston, Sat 18th March, 1:00pm

We shouldn't look to rely on other results this season. But seriously what the fuck Bristol City.

Re: Fulham v Rovers, Tuesday 14th March 2017, 7.45pm

Yeah and our designated penalty taker is Graham and if he isn't on the pitch it's then Conway. Between them I'm sure we've converted them all this season?

I was a little worried if either Emnes or Joao had picked the ball up, but Conway walked straight over to get the ball 8-)

Re: Tony Mowbray

When you look at the tables, there's usually only marginal differences between teams pushing for the playoffs and teams in mid-table, and teams in mid-table and teams fighting relegation. 4 more goals at the right times and we'd be looking relatively comfortable in 15th. It's become worryingly norm...

Re: Fulham v Rovers, Tuesday 14th March 2017, 7.45pm

I mean all of our strikers individually are decent and have different qualities. I just don't think Emnes and Graham work together as a pairing as effectively as say Gallagher with either Graham or Emnes. Or how well Joao and Emnes linked up last night. It'll be interesting to see how Joao continues...

Re: Tony Mowbray

It only made a difference for those looking for a stick to beat the owners with. It's this for me. Coyle was divisive with fans from the get go. Shit or not. The fact that he was shit just made it worse. As soon as we were behind it was Coyle out and Venky's out in the stands. Having been at the la...

Re: Fulham v Rovers, Tuesday 14th March 2017, 7.45pm

Really good game in the end and ultimately a fully deserved point given our second half performance. It was obvious to see why they've been doing so well in the first half. They were so crisp in possession with such good movement, particularly Aluko, Cairney and Sessegnon. We spent a lot of the half...

Re: Fulham v Rovers, Tuesday 14th March 2017, 7.45pm

How did that match up to your expectations then mcteeth? :hyper: what a feeling after that 2nd equaliser. Still coming down! Shades of 2009 again :hyper: Couldn't see us doing too much at half time although we weren't playing badly. But it's games like that that stick with you and keep you going ba...

Re: Fulham v Rovers, Tuesday 14th March 2017, 7.45pm

I know, it's carved in stone. I thought he was pretty naff at Norwich too.

Mahoney is great but he was utterly shagged after 20 minutes and only played the second half, not sure he's got 90 minutes in him yet for the first team.

Re: Fulham v Rovers, Tuesday 14th March 2017, 7.45pm

I'd be well pleased with a draw. its more important we beat Preston on saturday. it'll be interesting to see the team, defense especially. If Hoban and Mulgrew are both available, how do you get the two of them and Lenihan (who's probably been one of our better players this season) in the team. Con...
