Re: Lewis Travis

Article in the LT about Mowbray commenting on the likelihood of Travis going out on loan to a league 1 side in January. Obviously we don't know the full internal nature of relationships and what is going on but it just seems to be that we're not managing him as best as possible. He's such a promisin...

Re: Sack race

Gutted! They'll only get better now. He was doing a fine job of destroying the club from the inside.

Re: Rovers/Birmingham City

I was making a joke about bringing big Sam back (6th post, page 2), lol, I can't believe it ever went this far! I don't know what most of you know; but I think I can say with 100% accuracy, the same folks who canned Sam, would not be interested in bringing him back. I wouldn't worry about it Waco, ...

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Norwich City, Sat, 22 Dec 2018, KO 15:00

I predict that Rovers will do surprisingly well against top opposition to then carelessly throw 2 points away in the final 10 minutes :hyper:

Re: Rovers/Birmingham City

We have seen a number of wins pegged back to draws. This is probably the most frustration as it’s self inflicted by a very rare Raya mistake, it happens. MouseTrap whilst everyone is entitled to an opinion coming on here and saying Mowbray should be sacked and we need Big Sam back no one is going to...

Re: Sam Gallagher

Brereton cost £7m not over £10m once we complete the sale next month. He is also only 19 and it's clear we've made a calculated investment for his future development. It's not fair the say he doesn't look like the a goalscorer when he's had very limited time on the pitch and that has always been as ...

Re: Middlesborough v Blackburn Rovers, Sat, 08 Dec 2018, KO 15:00

It's just felt that way, as in we beat Brentford when they were bang in form but have nose dived since Smith left for Villa. Yes we beat Bolton, Hull and Sheff Wed who've been bottom half all season (we beat QPR but they were the form side of the division when we played them) but didn't beat Ipswich...

Re: Middlesborough v Blackburn Rovers, Sat, 08 Dec 2018, KO 15:00

Can’t complain. Would have happily taken a point before kick off. I agree with Mowbray that they’re a hard team to play against with 10 men. They concede very few goals as it is and going a man down meant they’d keep men behind the ball. If I’m honest I also agree with Pulis I thought the red was a ...

Great stuff and right decision to send off Besic. Rovers have controlled things against 10 men extremely well and Evans probably should have made it 0-2.

Re: Middlesborough v Blackburn Rovers, Sat, 08 Dec 2018, KO 15:00

I feel quite confident about tomorrow, I know they're 4th in the table but I just don't think Boro have too much to be worried about. It's just very Pulis, they don't concede many but don't many either and have drawn a lot as have we. Probably the biggest issue is that we've tended to not cope overl...

Re: Sack race

I think the more important sacking in relation to that was Les Reed. I was reading something about their owners wanting the club to refocus on youth development of their academy as the calibre of player coming through has started to decline.

Re: FA Cup

Yeah I know what you mean. We do have a good record there in the league I’ve seen a couple of wins up there. Didn’t we have this draw a few seasons ago and lose 3-0 or so? I certainly remember a 2-1 loss. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rafa rests a few for this but at the same time TM might for us. Who...
