Re: Blackburn v Charlton Sat 16-12 2017

Won't be easy today but we're in fine form. Charlton are a good side and I've always thought quite highly of Karl Robinson as a manager. I'm sure we lost to his MK Dons in the cup a few seasons back too.

But we have got Dack in attack :hyper:

Re: Blackpool v Blackburn, Tue 28-11 2017

Quite an interesting night given the other fixture between Charlton and Peterborough. If Charlton and Rovers both win is opens up a big gap between the playoffs and 7th. Equally we could drop down to 6th with a few teams right on our tails. Unless we lose by 10 goals or more, we can't drop down to ...

Re: Oxford United v Blackburn Rovers, Tue 21/11 2017

Tex in 2014 we went 0-3 up away at Birmingham in the Championship in 24 minutes, I was at the game and we were 0-4 at half time. Although we won the match 2-4 we proceeded to have a very shaky second allowing them to get back into it. It was an outstanding 45 minutes with King absolutely murdering t...

Re: Oxford United v Blackburn Rovers, Tue 21/11 2017

Was nice to see him play, generally he did okay but certainly his decision making on a couple of occasions with the ball can and I'm sure will improve. But then he was in the right place to score an important goal, although it just hit him and bobbled in he was in the right space. Also the service t...

Re: Oxford United v Blackburn Rovers, Tue 21/11 2017

Great win and didn't expect us to surge into a 0-3. We were very very good for 45 minutes. I was probably more impressed with how organised we were defensively with Smallwood and Evans really marshalling things in front of the back 4 and we created opportunities to score even more. Oxford's goal was...

Re: Oxford United v Blackburn Rovers, Tue 21/11 2017

First time I'm seeing Rovers this season and it's been a long time coming given that it's late November. Looking forward to it especially seeing Dack and Smallwood play.

Re: Make hay while the sun shines.

Haven't we so far tended to do a little better against the better side in the league and struggled with the so called lower placed sides?

I know that isn't 100% the case but has been somewhat apparent, either yes we need to keep picking up wins.

And I'm going to Oxford :hyper:

At home to Crewe
That's a really uninteresting draw, but a good opportunity to get to the 3rd round.

It's fine May is now giving us 'calm leadership' and is really in touch with 'ordinary working families'.

I think you'll find that the stupid Tories allowed a minority of the people of Britain have walked all of us into a black hole of economic uncertainty. They're the ones that called for the stupid referendum in the first place.... Double Fixed ;) But given that the outcome of the vote was what it wa...
