Re: Where are they now?

Little mention for Josh King having had the season of his career at Bournemouth, 16 goals and 2 assists.

And I'll bet he doesn't.
We'll just get someone even better on loan.

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

A lot of what you say Baron is down to the players attitude in my opinion. Sure Mahoney could seek a move elsewhere earn a bit more money and still not play every week but he'll also know that he can play every week next season and be a star for us.

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

He's actually looked half decent since Mowbray came in. I was at the Bristol city game, first game I'd made in awhile, and he was by far the worst player on the pitch. Haven't really seen much of him this season but I fully remember his loan spell he had good games against Cardiff, Wigan, and Burto...

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

I'd make Mulgrew our club captain, and build the team around him. A mixture of youth and experience should see us through. ---------------------Raya---------------------- ------Lenihan---Mulgrew---Wharton------- Nyambe-----------------------------Williams ---------------------Akpan-----------------...

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

Winning may cure most things, but are really you likely to build a winning team by playing kids in an angry atmosphere? That's what Coventry tried, and what Mowbray walked away from. We've got a double problem in that neither the owners nor the fans as a collective are doing the things that will cr...

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

Toppers is right, but I do get the feeling that a highly successful season in league one, winning most weeks and hopefully getting promotion with Mowbray in charge will arrest the discontent in the stands. It happened for a short period of time under Lambert and pre-relegation it was happening under...

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

Not surprised but still disappointed we ended up dropping down to League 1. Strangely I'm not actually that upset or angry about it, I would have been there yesterday but was on a Stag Do so perhaps I'm just numb from a weekend of drinking  I think it's really important that we secure Mowbray f...

Re: Away supporter parking

Only advice I'd offer is if you want to avoid paying for parking or a longer walk and getting clogged up on Bolton Road, and also aren't that fussed about going to the Fernhurst (away fans pub), I always come in to Blackburn via Belmont and Tockholes from Bolton if you're coming from the south which...

I'm disillusioned that even Mowbray has started playing Lowe and Akpan together in midfield.

I demand a Guthrie.

Brown tongue, lord's rake is a great ascent, always find mickledore to Scafell Pike not particularly interesting or enjoyable and busy!

Re: Probability of relegation

I think people are making too much of a big deal about Redknapp at Birmingham. They've been utterly terrible and have I'd say the hardest run in by far starting with a derby at Villa, a derby they've not won in the league since 2005.

Re: Probability of relegation

I went to Gillingham v Rovers in a pres-season friendly probably about 10 years ago, no roof on the stand but weather was good and from memory I think we won 1-2 couldn't find the match on a quick search.

Anyway, it was one of the most depressing towns I've ever been too in England.
