Not a bad view from the top...

Points on the board or games in hand?
I'd rather have the points on the board I think it applies more pressure to teams then needing points from the games in hand.

Just what was needed and an important clean sheet. Good to have Graham and Armstrong in the goals, can see Armstrong bagging a few more this season.

Hopefully Wigan hold on too in the cup.

Lovely link up and goal by Graham.

Hopefully the ridiculous booing can stop and they can cheer the team on...

Re: Blackburn v Bury, Monday, 19 Feb 2018, KO 19:45

Of course, as would I. But we are the highest scorers in the league playing the lowest scorers who are second bottom, although they are unbeaten in 5. I hope Armstrong retains his place in the side as well as Payne and Dack as they're very potent going forward, if we play well tonight we'll cause th...

Re: Blackburn v Bury, Monday, 19 Feb 2018, KO 19:45

Have to capitalise on Shrewsbury slipping to defeat against the increasingly impressive Rotherham! And we couldn't have a better game to do it on paper. I'm really hopeful that tonight we show our dominance against one of the poorer sides in the division as well as boost our goal difference. The def...

Re: Portsmouth v Blackburn Rovers, Tue 13/2 2018, KO 19:45

Litening to Radio Lancs it sounded as though Raya had a stinker, rushing out, missing high balls etc. If anyone saw the match could we have an opinion? Perhaps it's time Leutwiler got his chance I have my doubts about Raya all season. If you look at the great Rovers keepers like Friedel and Flowers...

Re: Portsmouth v Blackburn Rovers, Tue 13/2 2018, KO 19:45

That was a hard fought win. Portsmouth made life difficult at times and was a game with a bit of needle to it. Hence Travis with that late rash challenge. Particularly in the first half when we had the ball we looked lively and dangerous. We created enough chances to get more than a goal ahead and i...

Re: Portsmouth v Blackburn Rovers, Tue 13/2 2018, KO 19:45

I'll be going to this :hyper: Mowbray has been talking about clean sheets needing to be the basis of wins. Without Mulgrew we've looked vulnerable at the back as seen at Plymouth and although he was back he tinkered with the formation against Oldham and it didn't quite work. Perhaps wouldn't be surp...

Back to the usual back 4 I'm assuming. Bennett and Smallwood in the middle. Bell left and Payne right I'm assuming.
