Well, that's not exactly what you asked? :shrug: Yes, the club shop is owned by the club. But I'm not sure it's true that they don't take a cut of shirt sales at other stores - they own the copyright to the club badge, so I'd expect they're entitled to a share of the revenue made from sales of all ...

Kit on sale. I sort of like the long sleeved version, but there's no way I'm ever paying anything close to £50 for a football shirt.
