Re: Blackburn v Wigan Athletic, Sunday 4th March 2018, KO 12 high noon

Routine??? Clanger??? Wow very harsh in my view. Just watched it again and how you can say it wasn’t a great free kick is beyond me. The pace and whip on it was fantastic. Bodies in the way and the bouce makes it very hard for Raya. Agree, it was one of those free kicks that are a balls for keepers...

Re: Blackburn v Wigan Athletic, Sunday 4th March 2018, KO 12 high noon

Thought we really let them back into the game, they scored 2 goals without really threatening too much. Lenihan looked solid and aggressive which is good to see. Main thing, we didn’t lose and are still top, need to continue to pick up the wins now starting next week. And hope Wigan and Shrewsbury m...

This is the team I would like to see. Hearing great things about Travis, and would like to see Bennett pushed up further. Opted for Bell at LB as seems to offer more going forward. I probably wont be anywhere close with this! Just hoping for the win! Raya Nymabe Mulgrew Wiliams Bell Travis Smallwood...

Great that we grabbed the 2 goals back, but we shouldn’t be getting into this situation. Lucky the top 2 dropped points also.

With Wigan and Shrewsbury not winning their games at the moment, we really need to get the 3 points here! Come on Rovers!!!!

SSN have us rejecting a 100k bid for Charlie Mulgrew from Wednesday.

Hard to imagine we'd turn down that kind of money.
We are being very greedy here!

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Getting players that know the league and have performed well in the league along with a bit of quality from higher up is a good base to push for promotion. That is what many teams in the Championship have done. Newcastle, signing Hanley, Murphy and Richie. Sunderland did it under Roy Keane too, with...

Would have been happy with this signing even when we were in the Championship. Excellent signing!

Re: Mahoney.

Nottingham Forest, Celtic and Wolves are all interested in Blackburn Rovers winger Conor Mahoney, according to the Daily Mail. The 20-year-old starred towards the end of the season despite Rovers suffering relegation to Sky Bet League One. Would this be one of those situations that goes to a tribuna...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Peter Whittingham ? Could be very useful. Would love to bring him in, and he does seem keen to work with TM. However, at 32 he is coming into the final few years of his career, so could be looking to make as much money as possible, and will get better wage offers from Championship clubs. Hope he si...

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

I just hope next year, we try to limit the amount of loan players and journeymen. We need people who want to play for Blackburn and actually care about the club. So bring the kids in. Tomlinson, Mahoney (if he stays) Nyambe (if he stays) Lenihan, Raya etc.
