Re: Rovers v City, 28th Dec, 4:15pm

My thoughts on the game... All in all, i feel sick to my stomach that we didnt close the game out. After working really hard to get ourselves 2-0, i really couldnt see any way back for City. But as soon as we scored that 2nd goal, we seemed to decide we'd done enough and decide we just wernt going t...

Moon is right - Roberts IS a big steaming pile of donkey shite.

If he could finish he'd at least be half a player

Re: Rovers vs Stoke

...It was nice to win on Saturday, but anyone taking a balanced view will know that 3-0 flattered us. I thought 3-0 flattered them... Really - they didnt work Robinson at all. I really only remembering him making one save. On the other hand, I remember Roberts missing three one on ones, Pederson mi...

Re: Ince Sacked - Fat Sam the new manager :-(

I was amending my post to say that I see you have appointed Sam (I want any job) Allardyce, (what your tinpot club do is not the top news story of the day, and not the 1st one I looked for) but was banned by your small minded asshole admins :), still never mind eh.............see you next year in t...

Re: Rovers vs Wigan

It's not just a simple case of the defenders have suddenly forgotten everything they know, either. You can go through the entire side, and nothing is working as it should be. It's all very reminiscent of what we were like before Hughes took over, and I always felt then that we left our back 4 with ...

Re: Rovers vs Wigan

But Nelsen et al seemed to do the basics right last year for Hughes, i dont see why they cant this year for Ince That is exactly my point. To say the players aren't good enough doesn't make sense, as we've seen them all play well in the past. I wasn't blaming the midfielders, I was blaming Ince for...

Re: Rovers vs Wigan

I think the fault is entirely with Ince. Two things have been changed since Hughes left - we're not pressing in midfield, and the midfield seem to have been relieved of their duties in getting back to cover for the defence. It's easy to point the finger at the back 4 because ultimately they're the ...

Re: Rovers vs Wigan

I seriously think we should just drop Robinson and the whole of the back 4 for the game against Stoke. Hell, play the youth team defenders instead - they'll do a better job. I am totally sick of making excuses for players and the manager now. Someone has to be big enough to take some responsibility...

Re: Rovers v Sunderland

Ridiculous comments. Tugay can still play - as he proved when he came on last Saturday. You dont NEED to be quick when you have his football brain and the ability to put the ball whereever you want it. And having an enforcer alongside him to do his running, give the ball to him as much as possible ...

Re: Rovers v Sunderland

You don't have to praise someone just to say they don't deserve the sack? :-? You may not be doing it, but there are people putting time limits on how long they want to give Ince. There's some who think he's had time enough already. There's some fans who've not even been prepared to give him a chan...

Re: Rovers v Sunderland

If no one wants Ince sacked, then why are so many setting down conditions as to when he should be sacked? Because at the moment, most of us still believe that he can turn it around. However, if we don't start picking up points against teams in and amongst us, then that opinion is going to rapidly c...

dont remember villanueva being right footed? A 40 year old midfielder and a slow as fuck, couldnt trap a bag of sand waster so called "axe"? Ill keep my faith in Ince thanks... Ridiculous comments. Re: Rovers v Sunderland

Nobody wants Ince sacked as far as I can tell and if they do it's just their opinion. Isn't that why we are here? The real issue for me is lack of confidence. From the shambolic way he has directed the team so far I have no confidence in him and feel that IF results do not improve he should get the...

Re: Rovers v Sunderland

The moment Ince decided the best option to try to turn around a 2-1 deficit was to go one up front with a striker at right wing and a left back at left wing was the day I realised he hasn't got a fucking clue and we need to advertise his job pronto It is quite a convincing argument, I have to admit...
