Re: Mahoney.

Would break my heart if this kid left. I strongly believe that the only way for a club like ours to have any sustained success in the years to come is on the back of young, talented players like Conner. I saw him in the flesh against Forest and he was brilliant. My Forest supporting mate was absolut...

Re: Rovers vs Forest, 14th April 2017

The best bit of the game yesterday, seeing how much it meant to those players to get that goal and win. Pure joy, any doubts about their passion I honestly couldn't see that yesterday. Credit to Tony Mowbray for getting his team together at the whistle and bringing them over to the fans to show thei...

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

Just incredible, no chance of sleeping right now. Surely that performance puts to bed the debate about Brady not being the greatest of all time? 5 rings, 4th Super Bowl MVP award, and records for both passes completed and yards in a Super Bowl. That 4th quarter comeback was just something else, it w...

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

Frankly we've been shit. Brady is rattled and the game is now away from us. It's going to take a miracle to come back from 18 points down. Need a big turnover early in the 3rd to even have a chance.

One more Atlanta score and we are done.

Picked a bad day to play our worst game of the season.

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

Oh hell yes! Never in a million years did I expect such a lopsided win against Pittsburgh but my god does it feel good.

That flea flicker pass was just sublime! Bed time for me now! Bring on Atlanta!

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

Same old patriots... FANS  https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2017/jan/22/pittsburgh-steelers-fire-alarm-afc-championship-game-nfl?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Copy_to_clipboard Fixed for you. The Boston area fans get a bad rep and its stupid things like this that makes it worse. Its ludicrous is w...

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

Now I'm no coach, though I've done it once or twice on the side for my local amateur side, but on 3rd and long with the game on the line, going soft zone coverage and rushing only 3 when aggressive blitzing was so effective at containing Rodgers? Absolutely insane. The Cowboys defensive coordinator ...

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

I don't think Oakland with Carr would have beaten us, it would have been a close game, granted, but nobody takes away a team's best offensive player than the Patriots do. Plus, our defense has been playing lights out since the Seattle game. As for their schedule, playing the Dolphins twice (who made...

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

Patriots aren't getting smashed by anybody, as much as you want it to happen. Only the Bills managed it this season against our third string QB so, keep on hoping. Rodgers was incredibly lucky at the weekend but man am I delighted they took the Giants out of the picture! As I'm sure Waco is too. Agr...

Any links to a story or even full names Waco? Can't find anything on the web linking us to these two names. Thanks

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

The "Greatest of all time" arguments are there for a reason, he's certainly the best QB of his era. Whether you can compare him to Montana I don't know because the rules have changed so much to protect QB's/WR's since Montana's days, ironically to help the career of Peyton Manning but I won't get in...

Re: Dallas Cowboys thread of dominance.

Mark Sanchez aka Butt fumble guy    Looking good for a Patriots super bowl appearance. Kansas City look dangerous but they have the much tougher divisional game than us against the Steelers (more than likely) though that game will be a high scoring shootout. I think the way we are pla...

Re: Barnsley v Blackburn Rovers

Oh and as for Lenihan, he's a young lad who need a to have a long hard look in the mirror tonight. When you're in the situation we are in, especially so crippled at centre back, lunging in two footed and airborne right under the refs nose is a very, very stupid thing to do. That said, the fans appre...

Re: Barnsley v Blackburn Rovers

Barnsley were quicker, better organised and more determined than anyone in our side save Gallagher and Nyambe. They were first to every ball, playing into space and comfortable in posession. Everything that we weren't. The Evans shot from 30 yards was after a horrendous goal kick. Evans tried a Beck...
