If Graham had picked up an injury yesterday,we'd have no one to play cf next week. Mowbray needs to address this.

Re: Oldham Athletic v Blackburn Rovers Sat 12/10 2017 @ 3 pm

And what point was that? You are focussing on a managers control of a game on match day, and completely disregarded everything else I.e. the training/coaching in the week...the tactics...the formation...I could go on... I'd also argue a manager can massively influence results/performances during a ...

Re: Oldham Athletic v Blackburn Rovers Sat 12/10 2017 @ 3 pm

Might not be as crazy an idea as you think. I don't recall ever playing football and being completely unable to do anything because there was no manager. Lack of any footballing ability, sure, but not because of no manager. The fan opinion of what a manager can influence on the pitch is stupendousl...

Last time it was three players on international duty. Mulgrew, the Canadian goalie and someone else. Evans?

Re: General Election

True - but the fact that they are the minority of the country remains the case. Almost like we should have some kind of turnout and minimum level of support requirements for big decisions like this. And what happens if you don't meet the minimum level? Since there were only two options, not going w...

Re: General Election

Not to mention the sheer scales of the lies told by the leave campaign, the infamous NHS £350m per week number which was instantly disproved by the fact checkers. But not only that, I personally know a lot of people who voted for leave off the back of that promise alone, people who rely on the NHS....

Re: General Election

Given the police response I'm not sure you can talk about a 'majority' who didn't vote. Because of the police response you can talk about a majority that didn't vote. Because the Spanish government said it was an illegal referendum, you can talk about a majority that didn't vote. There's tw...

I've voting with the Catalans :hyper:
Indeed. They've got it sorted, stick two fingers up at everyone. Including the majority from the region that didn't vote. :D

I wonder if the SNP are regretting getting a legitimate referendum now? :yeahright:

Re: General Election

There was plenty of feedback on the radio from people who'd actually heard the speech who thought it put May in a more positive light. But then you're only likely to listen to these things if you're on their side in the first place. On the red side there's the same cultish nonsense with some anti-se...

Re: Rovers v Bury - Tue 3/10 - K.O. 19:45 (FL Trophy)

I think the team sheet shows the club's attitude to this competition. Beat Rochdale and we're through anyway. Still, if the win at the weekend wasn't satisfactory for some fans... ;) The win was satisfactory....the performance was not. That you cannot dispute (if you were at the game) By all accoun...

Come on guys, this is embarrassing. At least make an effort. Just waiting to find out how long Zeke is out for :yeahright: I'm modelling my team on the Browns. Paddington at quarterback? https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSvZrhAqUkvAuR41Lck2FMQFOf6w1JBPm_uuwk5QqEGm_L8ORqt
