Re: Fleetwood v Blackburn. Saturday 20th January 2018 15:00

I wouldn't know what a bad place looks like after growing up in Youngstown. I grew up in a suburb of Dallas. I bet parts of Dallas are worse than the worst parts of Youngstown. Ever have a prostitute caught for soliciting sex for $60 and some nachos? Big cities have their really sketchy areas, but ...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

If they are really dumping that much money for a kid, I think it would be wise to sell him with as many add-ons as possible. No need to hold onto someone that hasn't proved anything yet other than at the U-18 level. Plus, he just came from the Everton academy, and the are knocking on the door for hi...

Gone out on loan to Rochdale. Much needed, he needs game time.

Now it's a split vote. Or split pea soup, one of the two.

Will we have Amari'i Bell by that time?

Re: Jack Payne

I would think that Dack is pretty quick, but I guess I am wrong.

Glad to see a solid loan depth signing. Would be great if they snuck on some sort of buy on clause if he turns out great.

Re: Blackburn v Shrewsbury, 13-1, 2017 @ 15:00

So after the 24 hour no complaint rule, time for the positives and negatives. Negatives first. Dominic Samuel is trash as a winger. When he is forward, he is a good target to put something in the box, but really the whole match he was shut down by either fouling or close marking. He didn't track bac...

Re: Blackburn v Shrewsbury, 13-1, 2017 @ 15:00

I hope to see Tomlinson start this match, I think he is ready to give it a shot, and no better way to see his quality come out against a top opponent. Mowbray stated having 5 or 6 youngsters in the mix, so I would expect it to be pretty much any fit midfielder in the development squad and seeing how...

Well it's a bake of two halves and we've got the Nordic bakeware in our locker.
It's in the oven, so we are baking!

Blackburn v Shrewsbury, 13-1, 2017 @ 15:00

Might as well make this match thread as this is probably one of the biggest matches of the season. Need to win here to put Rovers in a better position for automatic promotion.

Browns are trading their 1st overall pick, for future picks. It's just a fact of life.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

It is refreshing to see Rovers splash the cash down here. With the market in the Championship and Premier League, throwing in a 200,000 bid is pretty cheap relatively, and seems the market hasn't really adapted to the lower leagues thankfully. And Mowbray keeps saying Rovers have cash to use, so it ...
