Re: Brexit....or in.

When the Department for Transport announced the contracts in December, in documents outlining the agreements it stated that an "unforeseeable" situation of "extreme urgency" meant there was no time for the contracts to be put out to tender - the standard practice for public procurements. Plen...

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Bristol City, Sat 9 Feb 2019, KO 15:00

I was impressed with Bristol yesterday. Extremely solid and organised outfit. We barely had a sniff. Some of the nonsense I heard from our fans walking away from the ground really did annoy me. The expectations some fans have for this season are outrageous. If the season was to stop now I for one w...

...and? 13.8 million to a company who have no ships and their T&C’s copy and pasted from a fast food website ? Is some of the £13.8 million going to be used to buy ships? :hyper: Didn’t the P&O Spirit of Britain cost £157 million? ;) Is the only investment in this company from the Government? https...

Re: House buying

Oh man, if you have a housebuying experience that isn't like fighting a sack full of crabs then I'd be surprised. One of the most stressful undertakings I've ever experienced, and I've done it 3 times. It's worse when you're trying to sell too. Good luck mate. That'll be me! 6 weeks done and dusted...

Re: The US sports thread

Edelman took his punishment for the drugs offence, though he’s not the only one in the league whose been caught out by it. He was coming off a complete ACL tear though so he was always up against it. Can’t defend him for taking a shortcut but as said, he served his punishment. That said, he’s been ...
