Re: Bristol City v Blackburn Rovers, Sun 2 Sept 2018, KO 13:30

Very harsh this score line. deflections seem to fall to their players. We have had a lot of potential openings and the last pass or cross has gone wrong.

Re: Bristol City v Blackburn Rovers, Sun 2 Sept 2018, KO 13:30

Is this match not on the radio or tv? Doubt it. Not with the Old Firm Derby, Test Match, Arsenal Vs Cardiff, Italian Grand Prix, and Ipswich Vs Norwich all happening too. I think we were only shoved to Sunday to accommodate the stadium also being used on the opening day of the Rugby Premiership on ...

Re: Bristol City v Blackburn Rovers, Sun 2 Sept 2018, KO 13:30

Bench is looking stronger. Add Dack to the starting line up and the bench gets even stronger. Rothwell unlucky not to start. Toss up in future games between Bell and Williams. Bell now sees Williams back on the Bench. Today Bell has to try and keep his place by putting in an outstanding performance....

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Reading, Wed, 22 August 2018, KO 19:45

Pretty much just warriors left on the pitch. 3 of the artists are now out. Needed signings over the line earlier but then again this is just plain unlucky. Dack, Palmer and Armstrong all out now. Shame we will probably pick up our first loss. Just wish we had some better players to turn too. Was hop...

Looked good first 5 mins. Now ever player is playing terrible. Need a goal before half time. Not much on the bench to change this either.

No Dack or Palmer. Our chance to show we are not a one man team. All I get told at work.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Tiny tiny tiny bit deflated. My own fault for getting over excited with the amounts we were bidding for players. Had no idea we would look to splash 5m on a single player. Really didn’t see that coming. Also stupidly had in my head that Marcus Maddison would sign for us. I have to remind myself I was...

He also likes players who can play in multiple positions.i wouldn’t be surprised if TM is trying to sign a striker with experience and also go for Armstrong on loan. With Armstrong operating as a winger and cover for the forwards. Then loan Nuttall out to get experience.

Re: Ipswich Town v Blackburn Rovers, Sat 4 August 2018, KO 15:00

At the moment would be well happy with a draw. Get a point on the board. Remain unbeaten. If we get a striker through the door and at least on the bench for this game then I would say we have a real chance of winning. At the moment I can’t see us scoring more than 1 goal so draw or defeat looks more...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Tony Mowbray today spoke of Adam Armstrong and Harry Chapman. While maintaining his interest in both of them he admitted they were not top of his list. Sounds like he has other players in mind who he feels have more experience of championship football. You could put Bradley Dack in the same catagor...
