Re: Brexit....or in.

Well... if handling it well was to come across as a self righteous cunt who thinks he's above scrutiny, I suppose he succeeded. I don't think he did explain why he was, at face value, contradicting what he did a couple of months ago. I've skimmed through the transcript and don't see it mentioned, a...

Re: Brexit....or in.

https://twitter.com/BBCPolitics/status/1107960405190688768 i think he handled that better than I would have. Didn't he spend quite a while explaining his motivations for doing it the other day? I imagine if he stopped to talk to every reporter who mugs him in the street, he'd never get a minutes pe...

Re: Brexit....or in.

Good point about revoking article 50, although I think that'd be more inflamatory even than a second referendum. It's up to Bercow whether he blocks a second vote on that, and I'm guessing it'd be something he would allow based on his apparent preferences. We shall see.

Re: Brexit....or in.

Bercow blocks a third vote on Mays brexit deal unless it’s substantially different. With the EU refusing to make changes, it looks increasingly like an extension, a 2nd referendum or a no-deal exit. :?

So down to 10 men while Graham has to change his boots and we concede. 1-0.

I think we can agree that both the main parties are an embarrassment at the moment.

While we’re drafting in Magloire from the U23’s, I’d start him AND draft in his CB partner and start him alongside. They clearly have a well formed partnership already.

Re: The VAR again!!!

I've thought this about Slo-Mo replays. Slowed down footage can be completely misleading if you aren't properly trained to take into account reaction times etc... I'm not convinced officials are properly schooled in the use of the tech.
