He’s young with scope to develop and improve and whilst again not perfect yesterday with the ball he was defensively sound. He’d still always be my preferred choice over Williams.
Bell's 24 and Williams is 26. Not that much in it really.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

According to the daily mail Blackburn have signed 6 ft 4 CB. 18yr old Louie Annesley. Once at Chelsea but now Gibraltar side Lincoln Red Imps. On a three and a half year deal was what I read I think. *edit Yep . They must really rate him. Lincoln Red imps (Gibralter) signed him in July last...

Leeds

So Bielsa, after bizarrely admitting to have spied on all Leeds' opponents training sessions this season, up to and including the Derby game, was also saying it makes no difference to results, as they have already done SO MUCH research on each team already. (Question: Why spy at all then?) The major...

It's funny that. A lot of Rovers fans thought he was the second coming. Think the same came from both Wolves and Stoke..... :yeahright:
It'll be interesting to see if he walks away if it looks like relegation is unavoidable, as he did with us. :yeahright:

If anything, we have given Newcastle a headache on pushing towards promotion.
Promotion to where?

Re: Rovers Youth and Reserve teams.

As far as I'm concerned we could do a lot worse than looking to Damien Johnson the next time we need a new manager. He's doing a fine job with the reserves. Still this. Damien Johnson seems to have got the U23’s consistently punching above their weight . Fantastic young manager, who I would hope is...

I saw it suggested that their recent filed accounts were a bit odd. Something about 0 income for the last 12 months, but 400k outgoing. Not sure if there’s any truth in it.

...and? 13.8 million to a company who have no ships and their T&C’s copy and pasted from a fast food website?
Is some of the £13.8 million going to be used to buy ships? :hyper:
Didn’t the P&O Spirit of Britain cost £157 million? ;)
