Re: Ticket Prices

Arrrgh! Never post, or indeed try to think, when trying to juggle a 18 month lunatic and a 6 year old. Half term, bah!

*Juggling kids is perfectly acceptable, just so long as they’re not on fire.

It's 2018 Gibbon.
Am I missing something?

1918/19? I reckon you should cash in on your time machine technology!
But...prices were released already?

Of course you wouldn’t be so pedantic as to suggest that ‘I’m paying’ in this context must be taken ‘I’m currently paying’ rather than the equally acceptable ‘I’m going to be paying’. ;)

Quite a few of those weren't good enough for the Championship a season ago... ...with poor managers. Hard to say what they will do now they have had some half decent leadership for another 12 months. This. You're both kidding yourself about the impact that managers have on the game. I think Mowbray...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery

Not a bad base to build a squad on, with a handful of quality additions we should have a competitive side.

Re: Blackburn Rovers, Season in Review- D3D4football.com

It’s true of every manager, they’re all going to make both good and bad signings.

Mowbray got key signings right though. Excellent.

Great article Waco. And I wouldn’t rule out Venky’s having learned their lessons themselves.

Re: Sack race

I know and a large percentage of Stoke fans seem to loathe him for being sacked! I don’t get it, didn’t he get them two top 10 finishes. Ridiculous decision. I don’t think either Stoke or West Brom would have been relegated under their previous managers. And Pulis will probably get Middlesbrough pro...

Good for them. The more local teams to play next season the better, makes it much more entertaining.

Re: Blackburn v Oxford, Sat 5 May 2018, KO 17:30

Despite many optimistic forecasts, I can't help thinking there will not be a bumper crowd tonight. The main job has been done Lots of injuries The ludicrous kick off time. People on holiday Oxford won't be bringing many I really do hope I'm wrong - the lads deserve a rousing send off after this sea...

Re: Blackburn v Oxford, Sat 5 May 2018, KO 17:30

So, we missed a penalty, Oxford equalised, Payne put us ahead again but then Wigan have scored, so unless there's a minor miracle it looks like second place.
