Re: New New Manager

My mate is a pompey supporter and followed them through the hard times. He still holds appleton in high regard even though he lost many.....considering it was almost an impossible job to succeed in. The positive thing is that he makes the players work fucking hard apparently and wont take shit. Seei...

Re: Rovers vs Bristol City (FA Cup), Sat 5th Jan, 15:00

Very average by the sounds of it but Bristol City have been even poorer which makes us comfortable. would like to see some more goals though

Re: The Steve Kean thread

Hoillet does not deserve anything. He will need to work for his success far more than he did last season. He will soon find that other clubs will not suffer his one decent performance every 8 weeks Consistency will come with age and under a proper manager. But you cannot argue that he is not the mo...

Re: The Steve Kean thread

Yep i saw that as well. To be honest trying to persuade Hoilett to stay is really selfish as he deserves to be playing at the highest level. I think hes our most talented player but i want him to leave. Dont think ive ever felt that way before but shows how things have changed.

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/steve-kean-uses-prospect-of-junior-hoilett-deal-to-cling-on-at-blackburn-7763894.html well this doesnt sound too promising. Its beyond ridiculous if she actually believes this. Its like Emile Heskey trying to persuade a 5 year old girl that...

Re: Next season - The Championship

One of my mates is a qpr season ticket holder and when we signed orr he was a bit surprised as he said they used to call him Bradley Poor. lol From what ive seen though he works a hell of a lot harder than most of the team and looked genuinely upset in the interview after we went down. However he di...

Re: Blackburn v Fulham, Sat 14th Jan 15.00 - MOTM?

A lot of players in those kind of leagues would want to come to any premier league team to boost their reputation as it is the most watched league in the world. However i have no idea how much he would cost. Just know that he is an awesome rb and not unrealistic to get from a team like that.

sime vrsalijko would be the perfect solution for right back but might be quite expensive which could be a stumbling block.

if only we could get jordan rhodes then it would be a every similar story. He'd smash it, didnt realise how good he was till i watched him bang in 5 the other week.

Re: Blackburn v Fulham, Sat 14th Jan 15.00 - MOTM?

It was almost as if pedersen and the rest of the midfield saw my post about why not give andrews a go? They were like shit we dont want him back better actually try. Shame the comments werent passed onto the yak but oh well we cant have everything.

Re: Blackburn v Fulham, Sat 14th Jan 15.00

btw this is only assuming that no one wants to buy him. Fair enough he got booed which was justified but on those rules pedersen should get booed the fuck out of now. His ability simply does not match his casualness. world class players can be like that but if he thinks putting a couple of good ball...
