But Jon Stead WAS a good buy. He scored goals for us when we needed them. Not a good long term investment perhaps... but worth the 1 million plus wages we spent on the goals to keep us up. Indeed!...AND sold him for a profit. Good buy all round IMHO. Grabbi was Rovers worst buy that I can remember....
