Re: Croatia Vs England

Why is international level any different to PL level? PL should surely be higher because you're not limited on nationality and can build a team around ALL the best players in the world. That is assuming you are able to buy ALL the best players in the world  And who said I think PL teams sh...

Re: Croatia Vs England

I still think it stinks that at international level we need to play a holding midfield player - especially when we play 4-4-2.

If the country cant produce two midfielders who can have some level of awareness and responsibility its a damn shame.

Re: Croatia Vs England

I only support England during tournaments. Qualifiers don't count, I put my focus onto Rovers for this time of year. ;) Me too Willy. But I have to say part of that is because of the jokers that are continuously selected for England based on reputation rather than form really does my nut. Didn't wa...

Re: Robbie Fowler

Fowler's joined us for three months, according to the LET. You, sir, are a liar and a charlatan. The LET does not say that Fowler has joined us. It says he is expected to sign a three-year , pay-as-you-play deal within the next 10 days. :P I thought it said a three month deal You sir, are a liar an...

Re: So, will the world end next Wednesday?

Apparently the black hole scenario would only occur (and even then would probably be harmless) if there were extra invisible dimensions - summat to do with gravity between them. Is anyone (hint Doc) capable of explaining this is plain English? Explaining it in English - yes Explaining it so you wou...

There is a very low probability that the world will end next Wednesday.

Re: Blackburn vs Hull, Saturday, 23/08/08

Hull looked a big strong side today, and if they play like that, consistently away from home, they'll be safe this season. I completely agree with Blackbat and Gaz's opinion that the turning point of the game was Dunn going off. He was running the show in the first half, and with him in the side in ...

Re: tattoo's

I guess I have the same kind of thinking. I know people judge me when they see my tattoos but it's only the same way I judge others when I see theirs. They look at me and think, "mindless thug". But, what the fuck? It's like you say, they're personal to you. Mine just remind me of how stupid I was ...

Re: tattoo's

I have a couple of tatoos, and i don't regret getting them one bit. My tatoos are very personal to me, and to be honest, i dont really give a flying fuck if they look good or other people think they look common. I think people who get tatoos as a fashion statement are really foolish. They will end u...

Re: Stephen Warnock

Rovers pathetic dealings this summer have done nothing to spark my renewed interest in the new season. Missing the Hull game means I have to wait until the middle of september to witness the apparent shambles first hand Optimism IS alive and well, eh Moon? And you missing the Hull game means I have...

Re: Stephen Warnock

But I really thought that would go once he got really stuck into the role. I think that's part of the key - So did i, and i still do. However, when the change is made at the beginning of a transfer window, if it's still not looking right players will be getting itchy feet. There's no "bedding in" p...
