I said to my wife Henderson
Unusual name.

I think the whole country thought the same though - it was a much better penalty than I expected. It may not even have been a Henderson thing, just the inevitability of us trying to screw it up.

Re: Cycling

It's almost like we don't have all the information but are drawing conclusions from the scraps we do have. Good job that doesn't have any potential to be totally wrong.

Re: Cycling

Alternatively, the case highlighted a flaw in the rules which meant they could not be applied as expected and you want to have a go at Froome :D As the detail has been withheld (cos, reminder, this should be a confidential process) then I fully expect people to continue to moan about it forever and ...

Re: Cycling

He was dehydrated so his kidneys weren't functioning correctly and therefore he had a temporary buildup in that single test appears to be the reasoning that WADA are giving. The sad fact is that none of this should have been in the public domain - he's had a really shitty ride (no pun intended) as a...

I've been busy too. But don't expect me to sign any world cup winners to help cut the hedges.

Re: England Squad

Perhaps they need to consider referee's call - if it's a matter of opinion just go with the initial decision. At the moment it is simply highlighting the poor judgement many referees have even with the benefit of replays (and an apparent total lack of understanding of the handball rule although that...

Depends what you want a view of. I suspect I'd take a view of petite france over Ipswich any day.

Re: England Squad

I think rather than having the game stopped for frequent fouls, players would have to adapt to playing a cleaner game to avoid giving away lots of penalties. And if they don't, keep giving the fouls This happened a couple of years back in the PL when they decided to cut out the shirt pulling. First...
