Re: Bradley Dack

League One player of the year 15/16 and ended up being linked with higher clubs but those bids were rejected. Not as good last season but from what i've heard he wasn't too happy he wasn't allowed to move on last year. Hopefully he'll be like the Dack from 15/16 season.

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

They were good enough under Mowbray. The problem is we had Owen Coyle for far far too long. That decision to sign him to begin with still just baffles me

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

I would have liked to keep Akpan. He's performed well for Crawley at this level and he's got the energy required.

Looking at who's been released our central midfield and strike force needs a complete makeover again!

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

I'd be amazed if he's here come the start of the season

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

In today's football his cameo against United would get him a deal somewhere else. He's a talent but he's far from the complete article. He'd be better off getting a full season under his belt here, you'd hope anuway

Re: Rovers vs Brentford

Looks highly unlikely Mahoney will be here next season too.

He's actually looked half decent since Mowbray came in.
I was at the Bristol city game, first game I'd made in awhile, and he was by far the worst player on the pitch. Haven't really seen much of him this season but I fully remember his loan spell

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

It would be interesting to see what wages each player is actually on. Twitter is spouting a lot saying Lowe is the top earner at the club. Hearing Mahoney to preston too.

I just hope Liam feeney is one out the door, absolutely awful.

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

Everyone seems to think stokes is quite a good player. Surely something has to give for him not to be getting in our team? I can only assume he's on a fairly big wage too. For some reason I feel I'm in the minority of people that would be happy for him to leave?

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

See I've been debating this with a friend and I suggested a lot could be attributed to agents and players that aren't even affiliated with the club anymore.

Now relegated, is it likely we'll fail in compliance to ffp?

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

Aren't we 100% above what we ideally want to be spending on wages leading to 1 million pounds loss a month? Surely losing another 5 million due to relegation means we can ill afford to be keeping high earners on the books? I genuinely haven't got a clue about ffp and that, I'm trying to understand i...

Re: Relegation Stay or Go

I can only imagine the likes of Conway, ward, brown, Greer, Steele, Graham and stokes are on massively higher wages than what's needed. I'd be happy to see them all go personally with the exception of maybe Conway and Graham. However both of those two are getting on now. Hope Akpan will probably be ...

Re: Blackburn Rovers v Aston Villa 2: Electric Boogaloo

Well first things first great result from the lads. Secondly, huddersfield should be ashamed, fined or something. Absolutely disgraceful they've done that in such an important game. Seriously they've already lost to burton and Bristol city lately and now they do this? Cunts. Looking at the final gam...

Re: Venkys Debt...

As explained countless times before, the total debt is irrelevant as far as FFP is concerned. It's also irrelevant from the point of view of going into administration. The only relevance it has is if Venky's wish to recoup their investment into the club in any sell on price. The only thing that mat...

Re: Wolves v Rovers, Sat 22nd April 2017, 15:00

Well that was shit.

And to make matters worse every team we needed to lose...won.

Can't see us staying up unless Birmingham carry on being abysmal and we win on Saturday against Villa.
