Re: Calling all parents

For what it is worth... my personal parenting buying history. Good Slings - seriously a life changer... couldn't recommend enough. As a result we barely used a pram / buggy with our first. Started with a stretchy for newborns ... and moved onto a buckles carrier from around 12 weeks to 15 months. Th...

Re: Calling all parents

It's probably easier just not to crash. We have had non-isofix for both so far... the first one we didn't have the anchors in the car... second we couldn't find a rear facing toddler seat to fit in the back of a micra that had iso-fix. It's not something I'd worry about too much... I found fitting i...

Re: Cycling

Although mud adds extra weight... On mountain stages I'd recommend not being muddy. Also don't wear clogs.

Re: Cycling

the two sky riders did well, but it was disappointing for virtually everyone else. Valverde's attach was audacious, but his time loss shows he probably doesn't have it in him any more. Yates hasn't repaid the faith that MS have shown in him, and Caleb Ewan must be pretty pissed. Dumoulain was the ri...

Re: 2018/19 season kit.

Notice a few people with the new kit on Twitter which appears to lack a sponsor... 6/10 for a sponsor less version

edit: children can't have gambling sponsors I guess.

Re: 2018/19 Season

'Mas Que Nada' by Tamba Trio.. in fact - I'd throw the classic Brazil airport advert on the big screen... will be the perfect preparation for watching 2 championship teams knock 10 bells out of each other and clog it up and down the park on a wet november evening.

I can understand going to the wrong car in a big car park when you're in an unfamiliar vehicle. But why would you leave your car unlocked with the keys in it when you go shopping?
Seemingly so wide spread that they needed to remind everyone this was a bad idea.... blame canada.

Re: England Squad

Fairly routine win against Sweden... Although hard to escape the thought that the team hasn't really been tested. Croatia looks like it could be decided tactically before they kick a ball... On one hand if rakatic and modric play like they are capable they'll completely overrun the England midfield....

Re: England Squad

Anyway, are we all ready to be humbled by Colombia? :hyper: After trying to avoid the more difficult side of the draw it is almost inevitable surely. I don't really buy that either side were trying to finish second. Why would Cahill clear off the line? Why would Januzaj score? Why would Rashford bo...

Re: England Squad

Can't speak for transfermarkt, but CIES do some pretty good work on this stuff. Having access to confidential information doesn't really come into it... it's all about crunching data, looking at market trends and publicly available basics like contract length. How do they measure up to reality? Dif...
