Re: Hubble Images and Space Stuff
I have a lot of time for musk... Sell me a Tesla, a ticket for the hyperloop and a few hundred solar roof slates... I'm buying. Hell, he even named his drone ships after culture ships. However he did have a whiff of the confidence trickster. The month he is about to post record losses is also coinci...

Re: The US sports thread
Nah... Brady retires, Patriots spend all their draft picks and free agency money trying to get Jimmy Garappolo back... Belichick goes back to Cleveland for 'unfinished business' and Patriots pick up the number 1 pick in 2020. Cracking game to watch though... to be honest I couldn't work out wh...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
Really? Surely still looking for a substantial wage befitting a former 10 million plus player... Potentially upsetting the squad with a questionable character isn't what I would do when momentum is with me. Released from QPR, looking for a club to give him a chance. Second chances and that  ...

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
Honestly - I tend to prefer being in a better league. If i'm going to watch football I'd rather it be as good a standard as possible, regardless of whether Rovers are winning or not.

Re: Rumours, wishlists and general tomfoolery
To me, it would have to be downright silly bid to get him to leave. I can see he has aspirations to make it big, but Dack seems like he is thoroughly enjoying his time here. It would be weird for a player to move on 6 months into a new club where he seems to be the life of the party. I think if it'...

Re: The US sports thread
credit where it's due - Cooks and Amendola did well to exploit the Jags coverage falling apart.
Eagles?
Glad they haven't fallen apart since Wentz went down... and I've had a soft spot for them given my fantasy teams reliance on Ertz... but Nick Foles in the superbowl?
Eagles?

Re: The US sports thread
2 halves... Jaguars the it away really.. but from the start of the 4th the was only going to be one winner.
Neither team looked particularly great... But patriots had a bit too much class in the end.
