Blackburn Rovers v Plymouth Argyle

Post by the growlery » Tue Oct 17, 2017 3:36 pm

If we don't win this game the R word will loom once again.
TM, don't let them stroke the ball around, and continually pass back to Raya from the start as though we are two goals up. The casual way our players approach games drives me up the wall, so PLEASE let us see a bit of urgency on the pitch tonight.

We might lose and Tony Mowbray has been preparing us all for the defeat in the last two days. Yesterday is was bigging up Plymouth by saying they must be feeling hard done by with their current league place and today he has been saying he feel sorry for the Plymouth fans having to do a 300 mile round trip. This is not what i want to hear from a Rovers manager when we are not playing well. He should be concentrating on all things Rovers and not the opposition.

Hoping Mowbray mixes it up a little with selection tonight and we see Dack back in the line up with Ward and Whittingham at least dropped

Need to win this as the wheels have started to wobble a bit. Not fully come off yet.

Dack leveling it before half time. Almost got us up right after his goal.

Only been watching for about 10 minutes, seems to be pretty even. A lot of movement going on to score goals.

Sky sports saying we have been massively dominant first half. Might have gone more even last 10 mins.

Rovers doing it the hard way again. Whenever has it been any different. Do we have to rely on Harry Chapman to give us the winner late in the second half. I will settle for that but come on Plymouth are bottom of the league and i dont think i am asking too much for us to beat them.

17 shots and 3 on target. Another one has to go in the back of the net. Come on rovers.

Dammit

These are the ones we had to win; at home, vs a catfish team. Oh well
