I have talked to those hundred men a lot. They are good men. Many Men. Strong Men. They all have names. I remember one of them, Igor, and I had a conversation with him, along with all the rest of the hundred men. Let me tell you, they can do more than you think. I will make sure that each hundred men gets everything that they could ever do, and more. They are going to have so much, they will be saying, I have to give this back, I do so much. I will take it back, that's right, and that's how we are going to Make Puffy Shirts Fashionable Again.

Hopefully the 2 goal comeback to draw will give some motivation to get some early goals.

I'll be going to this :hyper:

Mowbray has been talking about clean sheets needing to be the basis of wins. Without Mulgrew we've looked vulnerable at the back as seen at Plymouth and although he was back he tinkered with the formation against Oldham and it didn't quite work.

Perhaps wouldn't be surprised to see him revert to the back 4 that predominantly played through the 18 game unbeaten run, with the possibility of Bell or Williams at left back.

I'm not sure what to read into the fact that Downing was substituted on Saturday.
It certainly gave us more of an attacking edge, but did Mowbray recognise the shortage of speed in our central defence ?( one of the reasons why we are prone to breakaway attacks by the opposition.)
He might elect to keep Williams at centre back or indeed re-introduce Lenihan alongside Charlie.
He has also stressed the importance of rotation when games are coming thick and fast so it would be a brave man willing to predict tonight's starting line up.
Sticking my neck out I think that either Nuttall or Samuel might start in the middle with Armstyrong and Conway out wide.
Whatever, we certainly have strength in depth these days.

This is the team I would like to see. Hearing great things about Travis, and would like to see Bennett pushed up further. Opted for Bell at LB as seems to offer more going forward. I probably wont be anywhere close with this! Just hoping for the win!

Raya
Nymabe Mulgrew Wiliams Bell
Travis Smallwood
Bennett Dack Armstrong
Graham

Downing had a bit of a mare at Plymouth and not much better against Oldham. Signing a perminent deal seems to have had an affect. Maybe he needs a break. Same too could be said for Williams and Smallwood. They have both done their bit so far this season and may benefit from a game off. In their places both Lenihan and Travis are ready to prove themselves. Rovers have for a long time now promised to bring through the youngsters. Lets have Nyambie, Travis and Lenihan all in the same starting line up.

Samuel in for Graham. Samuel was sent off in the Portsmouth game at Ewood so lets hope he can avoid a repeat of that. Payne, Armstrong and Dack make up a very attack minded team. Its a very familiar set up with Nyambie, Downing, Mulgrew and Williams. Smallwood and Bennett in midfield. Lenihan, Bell and Travis are subs

Impressive bench to have, anyone can realistically come on. Although, I hope Travis gets subbed on.

Nyambe carried off with a bad injury. Payne off, Travis, Lenihan on.
