I've really no idea what happens. It'd be good if the youth teams continue to be treated on merit, otherwise it makes a bit of a mockery of it.

As far as I'm concerned we could do a lot worse than looking to Damien Johnson the next time we need a new manager.

He's doing a fine job with the reserves.
