Thanks for Shane Duffy.Money well spent methinks

Post by caskey » Mon Oct 31, 2016 6:29 am

He seems to have now settled in very well now and forming a formidable partnership with Dunk. 10 clean sheets and the best defensive record in this division.

The man is an absolute beast. Him and Dunk are two 6'4 players with Dunk being the best in this league. After a poor start to the season which i expect Duffy was desperate to leave Rovers and that's why his performances dropped he looks like a 10 million pound player, Hughton certainly has an eye for a player,

We are stronger than last year and we have Murray leading the line. Promotion is very realistic

Hope you stay up by the way.,

We shall see!

I've not really got a problem with him - but the fact remains that he was appalling in his last month with us. Either that was down to his ability, or him throwing his toys out of the pram to engineer a move...either way, it doesn't look good on his CV.

I thought he was still lacking a bit of consistency when he was with us. A good player with the potential to be a very good player. I hope he goes on to have a long a successful career, before fluffing his lines against us in a penalty shoot out some time.

My Brighton supporting relatives thought he took a few games to adapt to their style of play and initially not very impressed but he has come good. Although they did confirm that he is putting numerous attacking headers over the bar each game

I never quite understood why he was touted as such a threat from corners and freekicks for us....

From the hope he'd learn to direct headers on target eventually?

Perhaps. Maybe that's why everyone loved Rochina so much, maybe, one day, he'll learn to pass?

Hey, maybe if a hundred of us have another protest, the owners will leave! Then everything will be perfect.

Get what you see with Duffy. A bit like Rhodes. Good championship players. Premiership? A different story. Remember. Short sentences are best.

You can't embed size tags in themselves for some reason. You have to do them sequentially. I think it's quite a good likeness now actually.
