The Rollercoaster has finally peaked the hill and now we are on the ride!

1-0 thanks to Hoban.

Now we get to play counter attack. I would go one up top and one just in front of the midfield to help out. Also link play with the striker. Head into corners and run this clock down.

Not out of the swamp yet, but a much needed 3 points! Bring Nottingham Forest within striking distance of next set of matches, and if we are lucky, Burton will draw or lose their next match, helping us climb out.

Boys still have fight. Mowbray take a bow. Perfect execution of the plan.

A much needed result. I reckon we need at least 6 points from the last 4 for safety.

So gratifying!

Such a relief to get a win. Yeah, a lot still has to happen for us to be safe, but this was a great start to our final push to safety.

Arte et Labore ( yes I still love our club motto :D )

Also, Rotherham giving us a gift of a draw against Birmingham City. They are somewhat out of reach now, but it gives Rovers a bigger slim chance.

Bristol won their match which doesn't benefit us, but maybe they see the next match as less of a must win, putting less effort in.

4 matches left, I predict 8 points will guarantee safety.

So, winning a game we might expect to win. Who knew?

Also, Raya's first league match this season, clean sheet. And I feel having Ward in the lineup made things easier for Hoban has he doesn't have to use the pace of 2 men to make up for Brown. I feel Rovers should just stay away from every player with the last name Brown too.

Glad they are making a scrap for survival. Just need to string 2 more wins together, and then we can breathe a little.

Not short memory at all, i think you'll find i lambasted our performance against them. Of course, against league leaders, different matter....
