Probably to have 4 defenders, making a 4-4-1. If Nuttall scores

OMG he scores....

Edit: 1-0 Nuttall, he deserves a shot at starting the next league match. 3 for 3, and able to score with 10 men is pretty good.

The highlights never directly show what happens in that incident, but I could assume it's pretty bad. But that too, he is a liability over the guy who is scoring goals and being composed.
