We have many cups of many sizes, believe me. Our cups are so full of love, overflowing with love actually. We should not be trading our full cups of love because we need those cups, they should be sending back our cups. We love our cups, they hold things. Bigly things. A lot of things. They are yuuge for holding things. I mean, how am I supposed to know how to drink something without a cup? I asked someone this, I told them, " How do I drink out of this bowl? It's not a cup!" The man told me here is a straw. What kind of man gives another a straw? Straws are for cups, not bowls! So that is why I am instituting an executive order on straws being exclusive to cups, so we can Make Straws Great Again!

Advancing in the cup would be beneficial for revenue, but would like to see some fringe players get a run out.

The challenge for automatic promotion takes preference over everything. I would rather lose today than risk injury to any of our first team players. After the recent run of league games it makes sense to rest the players that have contributed to the four straight wins. I would give Leutwiller, Caddis, Ward, Hart, Harper, Wharton, Gladwin (if fit) and Whittingham all a start in this game. Also some of the under 23 team who have excelled deserve a chance. It would be nice to be in the draw for the third round so on the subs bench make room for Dack, Bennett, Smallwood, Samuel and Graham...just in case.

Tony Mowbray has already said that he will rest some of the first team.
Having said that, am I right in thinking that in the last two seasons we've seen both Liverpool and United at Ewood in the latter stages of the cup?

Surprised Nuttall isn't starting - at his age he should be able to play five games a week

And in parody of the Boston Celtics arena announcer... Samuel for THREEEEEEEEEE!!! 3-0 Rovers after 20 minutes! Graham with the assist.

SAG or GAS? Neither one sounds too catchy for these two!

Anyone else almost feel sorry for Crewe? Naaaahh

Anyone know exactly what Harper did? It has to be a deliberate foul in order for the double punishment of a penalty and red card.

It is a bit weird he got a straight red, so it bad to be really bad if it warranted a red, or the ref felt bad.

So is that a straight three game ban for a red card?
