Has anybody heard from Duggie?!?

We are really missing his cheery, whimsical, posts of past glories, and Rovers' deeds from days gone by...I miss this guy. I hope all is well in his world. Thanks for any updates!

Looking at his profile, he last visited the site on new years eve.

Waco and all as as missed mi!

Vanity usually wins and you knew eventually I'd join in again. I didn't know you cared as I hadn't posted anything remotely interesting since about 1450AD!!

I think I was missing my cyber mates Star and OOJW and the relagation was a bit depressing. I am still stewing over the owners' "management" of our lovely old club. The last time we graced Div 3 at least it was a bunch of honest grateful lads clawing (clogging?) their way back to the dizzy heights, now it just seems like a group of journeymen who can't get a better offer but who will be gone like sugar off a shovel the minute they did.

But I am a Rover, so you got me back, thanks to my Texan friend, funny old world eh. I am pleased to say that my namesake is thriving. I saw him last summer and chatted about the good old days, he has some great tales to tell if you are ever fortunate to bump into him (but watch that knee if you do!)

Who are we due to crush next game?

Up the Rovers!

Belatedly, Duggie

Ditto's to this.

Great hearing from you, Duggy! It's times like this we need your input- the good and the bad times.

I am encouraged by recent events, & it appears the fans are showing up at Ewood. Mowbray I believe loves this club, and is putting the best squad possible on the pitch. Saturday may well be the most important game Rovers play to this point of the season.

At any rate, so glad you're around, Duggy! Just come around a bit more often, ok?!
