Blackburn v Bradford, Thur, 29 March 2018, KO 18:45

Hopefully we have everyone come back ready to go and keep the unbeaten streak alive. Really need to finish the season on an unbeaten run to increase the odds of promotion.

I was going to say it's a very US-centric poll, but then wtf is having a university mascot all about anyway?

The same thing that having Rory the Rover is all about? Or cheerleaders.

So something for little kids to have their photo with and dirty old men to perv over? Still struggling to see the connection in an academic context...

Does there have to be? I'm pretty sure quite a few of the sports universities are more focused on sporting than academic qualities anyway. ;)

I'm not really sure what mascots and cheerleaders have to do with football, either, but we've had both in recent times.

Are not cheerleaders meant to lead the cheering. There doesnt seem to be much cheering or singing goes on in American sport. Perhaps the description cheerleader is misleading.

Have you never watched a college american football game? They bring along entire marching bands and choirs and shit. Plenty of cheering and singing happening.
