Yeah congrats!
...Raya's ruled out though according to comments last week, and Bennett and Williams were doubtful too. Haven't you been paying attention in the last few days?! ;)

Personally I have been with Kool and the Gang the whole time, getting down on it.

Would love to see Travis get the start over Evans, and get a couple of the youngsters some game time. Will be nice to see Payne get the starting role for Dack again, as I think he is a good creative influence.

Congratulations to Gaz and of course Mrs Gaz. I wish your son all the hapiness and luck in the world. The big question is will it be Bradley or Charlie on the birth certificate :D
Anyway on to the last game of the season. Oxford have given nine players their notice and many regulars will not feature. Manager Karl Robinson said his squad for tomorrow will have to be filled with many youngsters. That will be a great experience for them. From a Rovers point of view should the players not be thinking of the beach yet it could mean a perfect opportunity to end the season with a win and a few goals. And since its the last game of the season i am going to try and predict the score. I am crap at making predictions but here goes. Rovers to win of course 3-1with goals from Armstrong, Graham and Payne.

Guys I’m driving to Ewood today for the game but the last time I drove through was a poorly attended midweek game against Scunthorpe in the league cup and parking wasn’t an issue.

Any tips on where the best places to park are? Also is there much to do around Ewood now? It was desolate a year or two ago. Even Ewood Arms closed 😞

Does anyone know if the old leisure centre up the hill past McDonalds is still open for parking?

I don’t care about having to pay if need be.

Added note: I am a fat bastard with a bad leg and I can’t walk too far. Preferably close to the ground.

Despite many optimistic forecasts, I can't help thinking there will not be a bumper crowd tonight.
The main job has been done
Lots of injuries
The ludicrous kick off time.
People on holiday
Oxford won't be bringing many

I really do hope I'm wrong - the lads deserve a rousing send off after this season - the most enjoyable for years. But I'll still go for around say 12,400.

Quite the attacking lineup, saying a 4-3-3. Nyambe makes his return, with Evans, Bennett and Smalllwood in the middle, and up top is Armstrong, Graham, and Samuel. Probably expect Travis off the bench in the second half.

So, we missed a penalty, Oxford equalised, Payne put us ahead again but then Wigan have scored, so unless there's a minor miracle it looks like second place.

Congratulations Mowbray and the lads. A great end to the season. And congratulations to Wigan for winning the league, well deserved.
