Forest away on a Saturday, one of my closest matches. I've been waiting years for that no to be midweek.

Away on Boxing Day, which is annoying as that's usually one I try and get to, but back at Ewood for the last game of the season.

There are some tough games there when you see it written down, it's not going to be an easy season, but hopefully with a few additions the squad's in good enough shape mentally and physically do give it a good go.

Thanks for that. Last season seemed fine until they started to change tv fixtures to Thursdays and Sundays and suchlike nonsense, possibly because we were the 'glamour' team in the First Division. Hopefully this season we can creep under the radar a little bit, unless of course................

Ah gutted. I’m going to be home for the first week of August and I was planning to take my wife to her first Rovers game (she wasn’t enthusiastic :? ) but there’s no way I’m getting down to Suffolk

Probably won't get the best view.

He’ll probably be able to get a great seat though. And food.

Depends what you want a view of. I suspect I'd take a view of petite france over Ipswich any day.

With only two first-team additions so far... surely, more additions are on the way? I can’t see Mulgrew & Dack bossing the Championship like they did League 1

Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere but there is currently a vote on the Rovers site for the music we will walk out to next season. It's narrowed down to 5 choices:

Europe - The Final Countdown
Darude - Sandstorm
Kasabian - Club Foot
The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army
Dario G - Carnaval De Paris

Personally I hope it is The Final Countdown as it is synonymous to Rovers and feels unique. Sandstorm would be awful, Club Foot is a great song but wouldn't prefer it to Europe. Likewise with Seven Nation Army and with Dario G I know it gets used a lot in relation to football but we're in the Championship not playing at a World Cup, it often sampled for the end of games too which I think works better.

I think we should walk out to 2112 in all all its glorious entirety as Rush intended. The match shall not begin until all 20 minutes and 37 seconds have been played

"You Suffer" by Napalm Death. With everyone out of the tunnel and ready to start the match by the time it finishes...

'Mas Que Nada' by Tamba Trio.. in fact - I'd throw the classic Brazil airport advert on the big screen... will be the perfect preparation for watching 2 championship teams knock 10 bells out of each other and clog it up and down the park on a wet november evening.
