I have many beats. My beats are the best beats. They beat any other beat that beats. They are beats, that beat. Big beats. Ocean beats. And let me tell you, they go on. These beats go on, and on. Nobody has ever stopped my beats, they kept beating. So when I say I have the best beats, I mean it. They are the best beats. That is why I am issuing an executive order to fulfill my promise of the beat going on, and to Make Beats Great Again!

D'oh. 2-2
90 mins. Bit of a mix up in defence, and a curving ball in that made it all the way through. Raya should have saved.

Doh. We do struggle to defend a lead in tight games. Draw first game, away from home isn't bad

That was some real crap stuff right at the end. Raya needed to not be flat footed in that situation, but also the defense needed to do something about that. It's easy to be over critical, but those are saves that need to be made.

Exactly as predicted a 2-2 draw. I am happy with it as beginning of the season Rovers tend to lose.

Happy with the point on the road, but cant help but feel like 2 years ago, conceding early and late were problems then too. Cant count how often we gave points up in the last 5 min, and also how many times we went down early.

One thing that still is on my mind is how underwhelming Williams was. Yes, he got the assist and made that run to get it, but he was constantly beat by Gwion Edwards pretty much the whole match. It seemed like his positioning was not there, would constantly get the ball flicked over him and would be left in the dust.

Evans at times had me thinking he could be an okay answer in midfield, then I realized that he can't shoot for anything. Definitely need to look elsewhere there.

Dack and Graham came off and we fell flat for creativity. Nuttall is not a great hold up player at this level in the minutes he saw.

I think it will be great to see Armstrong come on permanently and see another winger as well.

I was surprised how Rovers lined up from the start with not one new signing to be seen in the starting eleven. Not that Rothwell and Davenport had done anything pre season to warrant a start. Ok Davenport is iniured but i thought Palmer might have started. No surprise we conceeded a soft early goal but given our so called lack of fire power it was great to see our two best goal getters open their accounts for the season. Armstrong hopefully will be signing soon too so it looks good upfront. Just a shame we couldnt keep them out in the last few minutes but i would have taken a draw before kick off.

Armstrong... I didn’t realize.

Getting a point on the road today, & getting Armstrong! Yes, I can definitely be happy about today!
