3-1 now with half an hour to go, good effort by the lads.
Downing getting in on the act along with Graham and Nuttall

Might have a chance if we could play a team two divisions lower every week :D
Highest scoring game of the night so far though, a good display from some of the youngsters and lads on the fringe.

Pleasing result and four different scorers. Good that Nuttall got a goal along with Graham keeping sharp and really liking what Palmer has brought to the team. Rothwell is also looking more and more like a shrewd signing.

Because iFollow is so great and I had a 4 hour nap, I watched the match.

1st half thoughts: Conway, Graham, Rothwell, Nyambe, and even Caddis looked well above the skill of Lincoln City. Nuttall had a very good half, seemed like he put real effort in the match, chased after the ball. Looked like a real Mowbray type of player.

Travis kind of made me think a couple times. He puts in a lot of effort, right positioning defensively, but there just seems to be something lacking from his skill that I can't really put my finger on. Seems like he doesnt have a ton of creativity and is more of a sit back and move type of player.

Downing did well, nothing of note. Grayson seems like a great prospect. His passing is solid, good positioning, likes to push up forward. Only a time or two where he could have done something better. With Bell, I think this was a match for him to get comfortable getting forward and on the ball. That was something he did decently, but nothing of note. And lastly Raya just doing Raya stuff, doing better getting at crosses and needs work on distribution.

Second half thoughts: I ate a dozen thumbprint cookies, and it was delicious.

Otherwise, Nuttall put a ton of effort up top. Seems to me he really benefits from having a striker as a partner rather than being alone up top.

Average age of our starting 11 against Lincoln was 24. Surprisingly the second youngest player is one of our biggest assets - Nyambe who is only 20, yet seems to have been around for some time.
