Leeds is a city in Yorkshire and it is only right they have a strong following. Just like Newcastle they are the only club in that city unlike Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow, Bristol, Sheffield and London. What comes with plenty of following comes plenty of expectation and in the case of Leeds, Sunderland and Newcastle plenty of failures. Ironically the cities with more than one club seem to have more success than the clubs that only have one club. Maybe it is the close competition that spurs them on. Where are Leeds fans going to go if they get fed up with Leeds United.
