Not being funny but we will soon be dragged into a relegation battle it we don’t start picking up points soon. The cushion we have could easily reduce quickly.

Not a good day so far. But, we haven’t had many good days lately. Still, our guys are getting shots & keep blasting away.

Rovers form improved today despite the odd goal defeat. Danny's 'goal' would have been allowed by nine out of ten refs -who did us no favours at any stage of the match. Hard to play against twelve men.
As so often this season, left back has been our weakness - Wiliams is desperately slow, and was responsible for the goal. Bell would have been a better option. We missed the energy from Travis, rested due to the three match week I presume. Nyambe gained a deserved mom, and not before time.
Hart seems to be playing well at left back for Southend, I wonder if Mowbray has been tempted to end his loan.
Wigan on Tuesday has now become a 'must win' game - if we play as we did today, we should get our first three points for some time.

Glad I didn't wake up early for this. I will have to watch it tomorrow to pick it apart.

It doesn't look good on the cover when you lose at home against a rival. This can't happen when Rovers play Wigan.

On paper, it seems Rovers are really lacking in getting shots on target. 20 shots in the whole game and only 5 on target is not good. Statistically, this was a big win for Rovers. However, the scoreline says the opposite.

10 to play, & 11 pts clear of the drop zone. Relegation is not likely, with poor form of Rotherham, Bolton & Ipswich. But I sure don’t want to see it get any closer than that.

Hopefully, the team will build on the modest improvements yesterday, & we can see Blackburn climb a place or two higher in these next three games, vs teams #9, 14 & 20 on the table.
