Incidentally Keith Treacy was in the cinema where I work. Cracking goal he scored on Tuesday, his bird didn't look up to much though

He's looking good in the championship. Reckon Sam is gettin him matches, knowing he wasn't going to play before we get October out the way. Might come back and play a part for Blackburn

Good move for Zurab. He needs to keep playing in order to further his club and country career. We'll see if this turns into something more (loan extension perhaps) turn of the year.

For anyone who watched the Steel City derby today, young Treacy and to a lesser degree Mark Bunn both looked to be improving, given the chance.

Treacy looks to be able to play killer passes and his corners are superb, even his crossing seems a lot better given a bit of gametime. I'll be interested to see if he can keep improving, and we get a strong offer for Pedersen in January, whether he'll be back at Rovers and playing 1st team football!

I read an interview with Treacy before I went away, where he was rather critical of his true employers. He seemed to think he should have been a first team regular years ago... :-?

He surely has to be joking because he will never have made it to th starting 11...maybe acc stan would have allowed him.
