Is Dave Whelan being too negative or just being realistic?

He's being honest, whilst trying to get the best value for N'Zogbia -- "he does deserve a big club".

dont think he would do well at a top 4 club, he aint consistent enough, however, could may be more suited to the likes of spurs, villa, newcastle, or everton, even then it could go pear shaped, grass aint greener for some individuals.... :yeahright:

From a Rovers point of view i was wondering whether N'Zogbia would be a good addtion to us. If he has desires to play for a bigger club than Wigan then Rovers may not stand a chance. Being a left/right winger and attacking midfielder he should be on our shopping list.

Also one more thing about Zog is he proven to be a good player in a relegation fight too. That might come in handy next season also. :D

I can see Sunderland making a bid and maybe Liverpool and a few others. If we are serious enough and offer the biggest fee for him then i can't see why not we can't bring him in. On a side note i've decided to buy Rovers when i win the Euro millions on Tuesday. £40 million to put Venky's out of their misery and first job would be to sack Kean. That leaves me about £122 million to spend on players and porn. Least i won't have to buy a season ticket. :D

It's inevitable this will get locked; can we not just pre-empt and do it now?

N'Zogbia wouldn't even cut it at Spurs, Villa or Everton. He's not as good as Bentley for example, who couldn't cut it.

It is a sad state of affairs that players who would be guaranteed first team football and to be the top man at a club never seem to realise that's the best place for them to be.

That was a cracking game. brazil were really lucky to scrape a draw in the end.

RSC Had litery 3 things to do in that game.

1. Miss from 6 yards out blasting the ball wide.
2.Clinically finish a mint side footed cross.
3.Make a side footed cross.

The rest of it he just ball chased while Brazil knocked it about like Barcelona with no end product!!
