I will make two predictions:
1) Rudy will score;
2) AV will still drop to the Championship next season.

That's because Senegal have been in the top 50 FIFA rankings consistently, and he has a bunch of caps for them. It's simple really.

But the new ruling stinks though. Its meant to allow space for home grown players to develop which is a good thing. But it only makes the rich teams richer as clubs like Rovers will have to more and more rely on loans from these richer clubs or sign lesser desirable British players only. The rule needs to be changed to only apply to premier league clubs. They have enough benefits from the game and it only means clubs like rovers will suffer more from it.

Please to see him score on his debut, I think he will turn out to be one of the bargains of the season in the prem.

He'll get more than Benteke I think.

Hmmm that is quite a big call...!

I have bet £20 with a friend that he will score more than Falcao, easy money 8-)

(Ignoring the above few posts...... :oops: )

Gestede has joined back up with Jordan (briefly I imagine) at Boro for £6-£7 million.

Hopefully we had a decent-ish sell-on clause? Not sure why Villa didn't insist on Rhodes as part of the deal...I guess he already has a club lined up.

If they don't want Rhodes, they could give him back on loan.
