Crikey. He could be a very good signing if he applies himself, but at the very least, he HAS to be better than Best was for us.

That should be us done barring loan signings - so long as we don't sell anyone else.

Had/still has potential but it's clearly not clicked for him over the past few seasons. Hopefully we can get him firing although I don't see him playing as a natural striker as I think we're going to end up 4-2-3-1 kind of formation

He's been renowned for his professionalism throughout his career. He's no Nile Ranger.

Now out for a couple of months with a knee injury. Not a big loss based on performances to date sadly.

True, 1 goal in 15 games is not good enough, but sadly it's more than either Brown or Koita have managed

Koita has looked a lot more dangerous to me - if he could stay fit it would help of course.

Good point - David Thompson got better and better the longer he was out injured... :yeahright:

What with Taylor loaned out to Milwall has Lambert started the clear out already. Good on him if he has.

A month is a canny loan - if he starts scoring he could still be a decent player for us before the end of the season.

I would like to see him impress there as i do think he could be a good player at our level. I think with a few games under his belt he could certainly offer more than Brown and probably Jackson too! Sadly i reckon that's it for him though at the club.
