The Champions League Thread
Re: The Champions League Thread
He didn't get the tackles right, he mis-timed both tackles and the officials got it wrong. Chelsea fan I work with even agrees that both his tackles could have been penalties and that he should be playing in midfield instead of defence as he goes forward to much.

He's a great defender. Reads the game from the back very, very well.Hudson wrote:He didn't get the tackles right, he mis-timed both tackles and the officials got it wrong. Re: The Champions League Thread
I'd be really ticked off if I was a Celtic fan after seeing how weak Barcelona's team is tonight

Re: The Champions League Thread
I'd be really ticked off if I was Celtic fan and my team didn't win at home when Barca, with nothing to play for, held Benfica. But they did win so need for anyone to be ticked off.Rover Ryan wrote:I'd be really ticked off if I was a Celtic fan after seeing how weak Barcelona's team is tonight
Apparently they played the Barca anthem at Celtic park after full time. And apparently Messi's injury isn't serious. So hopefully, a good night.
