Van Persie, what a knob... Tim Krul kills a little time by delaying making a clearance with the ball in play. So when the ball goes out of play, van Persie starts an argument with him, prompting the ref to waste more time whilst he tells them to shut up...

He was arguing with Krul whilst he was holding the ball in his hands. He's only supposed to for 6-seconds. And he had it for much longer. Still pointless to argue about, especially with another half to come.

:? The ball had gone out for a corner.. They showed Krul holding onto the ball afterwards, but to be fair, van Persie ran in front of him to stop the quick release as all forwards do - I assume that's why refs have "forgotten" the 6 second rule. Rather than argue with the goalie, he'd have been better off standing out the way and appealing for the freekick.

Arsenal. Great club.
Surely it can't be too much longer to wait before Arsene Wenger wins a trophy for them! :)

Yes, a great club. I'd hate to have that level of quality and entertainment on show and it must indeed be a real hardship for them just having to put up with repeatedly qualifying for the champions league and flirting around in the top 6 places of the league. Poor poor sods. Wenger clearly is a clown.

Yeah, the only thing ridiculous about Arsenal is the section of their fans who seem blind to what they've got.

And Arsene's hair I suppose.

I find Arsene Wenger to be a bit of a twat. I find him nearly as irritating as Fergie

Firstly, Gibbon, Mr Wenger has a fantastic barnet for a man of his age. Manages to pull off a look of sophistication despite having the facial demeanor of a man way past his heyday and suffering from some sort of jaundice.

And as for the Arsenal hating at the moment. Let's put it into perspective........ ignoring their last blip, they've just come through a fantastic streak of form now they've finally managed to be able to deploy a settled back four. Are they not top of the current form guide?

Add a fit Wilshire and Ramsay to the equation, a goal-scoring machine in Podolski (who's all but signed), and IF they keep RVP, which I think they will as long as they take 3rd/4th (and Barca don't come in for him), and I think they're be right up there with the two Manchester clubs next season.

There were will be a mini clear-out, and there's the need to add a holding mid (I'm worried that N'Zonzi seems to fit the bill perfectly).

EDIT: Not to mention the Ox, who is only going to get better.

Arsene Wenger is a talented tactican.
And It's amazing that Arsenal have never won any european cups or champion's league.
But they haven't.
