Personally I've always thought O'Neil was a terrible manager and has finally been found out. He only knows how to play one style of football, which is sitting deep then hitting teams on the counter.

It worked at Villa because he had Young, Barry and Agbonlahor in the form of their lives. He also had a pretty rock solid defence.
