Saw an interesting piece in four four two magazine, I didn't buy it, it was on my ipad news app.

It was about his first 4 games in charge and how he was trying to get the team to play - high pressing, wing backs bombing on. I can't help but think he tried to get them playing the ultimate style of football too soon.

Sounds like the same issue I have on Football Manager :D
Within a month of me taking on a club, half the squad is unhappy with their training schedule.

Perhaps you should stop firing live ammo at them to make them run faster?

If they can't dodge a bullet, they've no place in my squad.

I increase the training workload whenever anyone says that.
