Bottleham Hotspunk.

Getting beaten by 10 points for the league title by last seasons relegation candidates, Leicester, Spurs fans consoled themselves with comments like; 'Well, we were clearly the better team than them', 'We've had a fantastic season, and at least we'll finish in second place above Arsenal' and 'Obviously next season we'll win the title'...but then finished today's battle of the deluded fans being beaten 5-1 by already relegated Newcastle.

What sort of thing is happening here?! Tottenham are defending like a team of Under-8s. Against 10 men.

Against a relegated team with 10 men! Rolando Aarons plays in Daryl Janmaat on the overlap and the Dutch full-back plants a shot across Hugo Lloris
Classic

That's cause they know they support the greatest team in the universe. Ever.

Obviously. They didn't beat Leicester or Arsenal, or finish above either of them in the League, but clearly are far better and should have been Champions. It's all a conspiracy.

Debatable now they've finished 1st... no 2nd.... no third in the league. For the first time in forever.

It's a shame we couldn't have extended the season by a couple of months, they'd probably have got relegated. And still been the best team in the country.
