I would leave: Warnock, Upson, Heskey, Wright Phillips, Barry, Parker, King/Dawson/Ferdinand

I don't see why we need to take 3 goalkeepers, if the first 2 get injured then it's just not your year.

The 7 i'd leave at home would be Baines, Dawson, King, Upson, J Cole, Parker & Johnson.
I reluctantly put Gary Neville in my squad for cover.
I also agree with this and suprised he hasnt been picked, he does a decent job as a right back and as a cunt. 8)

Carragher can play rightback. But yeah, I was discussing that with the missus yesterday, I could only think of a couple of alternatives to Johnson who I'd like to see go.
Luke Young, Micah Richards and Tony Hibbert would all be in with a shout for me.

I thought of Micah richards, but has he even been playing recently? :-?

Luke Young's not a bad shout though.

TeamTalk wrote:Capello revealed he had also asked Manchester United veteran Paul Scholes to consider a comeback but unlike Carragher, the midfielder turned down the request.

"Yes (I spoke to him) but it was up to him," Capello confirmed. "He said no, he preferred to stay with the family. But I tried, yes."

Luke Young is a pile of shit, but Richards and Hibbert would be alright.

He's been on the bench for City's last three games. I haven't looked back any further, but there aren't that many options.
