World Cup 2010 General Chat

Post by Joe » Fri May 14, 2010 1:26 am

Sorry didn't know where to post this so I'll try here.

I don't normally bet on football (or anything actually), but I made two £5 bets today after getting a free £10. I've put one on Argentina to win, and another on Spain to win but with Messi as the tournament's top scorer.

As you might have guessed, I expect this to be Messi's tournament.

FIFA have a rule that the host nation automatically qualifies for the World Cup.

Scotland have applied to host the tournament in 2018, 2022, 2026, 2030, 2034, 2038, 2042...
