Don't agree with a bigger World Cup, Sin bins or the change to the offside rule.

The re-distribution of funds is a mandatory point and will always be ambiguous.

I agree with reverting the offside rule. I think the current implementation is nonsense (see Rooney being stood in front of a goalkeeper and having to move out the way of the ball versus Preston, yet not being deemed as interfering with play).

The World Cup needs changes for me, but I would actually prefer to see the qualification stages be opened up to being worldwide. That way, you would get the best 32 teams at the finals, rather than a load of shit teams from the middle east. Meanwhile, in qualification you'd end up with potentially big games such as Brazil v Germany, Spain v Argentina etc.

I think all the ideal candidate needs to say is "I'm not going to meddle and I'm not Sepp Blatter."

Not really. I don't think Vladimir Putin as FIFA president would be ideal...
